The PETAC ® material can easily be used as an acoustic wall cover. The advantages are that you no longer have to plaster, sand, paint and you immediately opt for an acoustic solution. Two birds with one stone. And all this also makes PETAC ® very budget friendly. The panels integrate perfectly into any interior. They do not stand out, unlike, for example, showy acoustic baffles, wall panels or islands.
The panel has endless uses and is easy to handle and assemble yourself. It is the sound-absorbing variant of an MDF board, but light in weight (3 and 4 kg / m²).
The panels are available in different sizes. You can choose the standard panel dimensions: 1,200 x 2,750 mm (W x H) with a thickness of 12, 18 or 24 mm , but the acoustic panels can also be supplied in custom sizes (max 3,000m x 2,000m x 40mm).
The panel can be laminated with different top layers: your own personalized design, all colors of wool felt and acoustic fabrics, with perforated or grooved HPL or wood veneer. You can also easily attach the acoustic panel to the wall and then mount a wooden trellis on it. Here too you have a wide range of options.

The front wall must be disconnected for the best acoustic performance. The walls can be covered with top layers: a unique design, all colors of wool felt and acoustic fabrics, perforated or grooved HPL or wood veneer.
Solid wood, veneer or HPL slats on a PETAC ® support. The slats provide a warm, attractive and decorative element and the best acoustic performance. For example, combining an acoustic wall with slats with tightly plastered walls creates beautiful clean lines. This type of wall solution gives the best acoustic performance of up to 1.00 αw.
