Stow is internationally renowned for its storage and racking systems. During the renovation of the existing offices and the layout of the new building, they encountered an acoustic and aesthetic problem. The light-filled dome in the entrance hall of the office building could use an aesthetic upgrade, and the reverberation time was terrible. The architect and client contacted us for an acoustic and decorative solution.
To optimize the sound absorption in the hallway and to break the light, we placed white (frost) free hanging acoustic PETAC® baffles under the dome. These break the sharp light, are ideal for good acoustics and are also a visual delight.
